A story that was born from overcoming and transformed into an ecosystem of solutions for the Brazilian energy matrix
The story of Medeiros Galvão began in 2015, in the small town of Lagoa Nova, in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte, with just over 15 thousand inhabitants and an economy based on subsistence farming. That year, amid personal and professional difficulties, two friends and business partners — Jairo Medeiros and Tayrones Galvão — decided to try their hand at entrepreneurship once again. After unsuccessful experiences with previous companies, Make Design was born, a small manufacturer of road signs.

Seizing the opportunity:
The first opportunity came unexpectedly: a client approached one of the partners at the family restaurant and asked for an order for signs. With no experience, but with courage and faith, they accepted the challenge. With a loan of R$12,000, they bought the first materials and delivered the service with excellence, earning the client's trust. This was the starting point of a journey marked by hard work, creativity and overcoming obstacles.
2016 to 2017 – From signaling to the energy sector
With the expansion of wind farms in the region, the partners saw a new opportunity: providing personal and collective protective equipment (PPE) to assembly companies. The strategy proved to be a success. In 2017, the company was renamed Medeiros Galvão Soluções, combining the surnames of the founders. The structure grew, a small team was formed and the headquarters was moved to the warehouse of an old juice factory, where the expansion began.
During this period, in addition to selling PPE, the company began providing support services for the construction of power plants, such as drainage, roads and small civil works. The energy sector became part of the business's identity.

2018 to 2019 – First structural achievements
In 2018, Medeiros Galvão set up its first office and showroom in Lagoa Nova. The following year, it took a bold step: it began construction of its first store in João Câmara/RN, a strategic region for the wind energy sector. Also in 2019, the company signed its first contracts for supply and civil maintenance for wind farms, confirming its position as a reliable supplier to the sector.
2020 – The crisis that became an opportunity
The year of the pandemic was also one of the most challenging. The company was still finalizing the structure of the store when the world stopped. Even with its doors closed, Medeiros Galvão adapted quickly, offering agility and logistical solutions at a time when suppliers in the Southeast were struggling. The result: a 133% growth in revenue, the result of resilience, strategic partnerships and efficient service throughout the Northeast.
2021 to 2022 – Consolidation and structuring
In 2021, João Câmara's store was officially opened, and with it, the company registered a new record: 157% growth in one year. In 2022, the focus was on structuring management. The company began investing in processes, quality and people, preparing the ground for a new phase.
2023 – The holding company Medeiros Galvão Company is born
As operations grew, the partners decided to further professionalize the structure and separate the commercial and service areas. This is how Medeiros Galvão Company was born, a corporate holding company focused on investing in companies that support the Brazilian energy matrix. The subsidiaries were organized, such as Medeiros Galvão Soluções (commercial) and Medeiros Galvão Serviços e Construções, in addition to other initiatives in signage, outsourcing, facilities and logistics.
Today: A growing business ecosystem
Medeiros Galvão Company is now a consolidated group, operating in all states of the Northeast, with a diversified portfolio and a focus on supporting companies that operate energy and fuel generation assets. We are the strategic partner that delivers solutions for those who operate Brazil's energy future.
